At Halo&Me, we offer a range of supportive groupwork programs designed to nurture growth, confidence, and emotional wellbeing in girls.

✨ Empower Me Within – An 8-session wellbeing journey for girls aged 8–12, focusing on confidence, resilience, emotional regulation, and self-belief.
✨ Confident Me –   A fun and uplifting 3-part journey to help girls build self-esteem, confidence, and kindness—toward themselves and others! Each session is packed with creativity, connection, and empowering activities designed to help every girl shine.  
✨ Brave Me – A 3-session group program supporting girls to understand anxiety, manage big feelings, and grow inner courage and calm.

Each group is a safe, nurturing space where girls can connect, share, and grow together.

At Halo&Me, our approach is all about care, connection, and empowerment. We support girls to grow with confidence, resilience, and self-belief in a space where they are welcomed exactly as they are—imperfect, curious, and unique. We normalise feelings, validate experiences, and encourage girls to explore, create, and express themselves freely.

Our sessions are fun, imaginative, and hands-on, with opportunities for craft, play, and creativity, allowing girls to connect, feel supported, and blossom in a warm, nurturing environment.
